Work

The portfolio.

Our own ventures, built with our own runway, published with their real stage. Below, the same services scoped as engagements — pulled from those ventures and from outside client and partner work.

Why it is built this way

We are the first client.

Publishing our own bets, with their real stage, is a harder claim than a logo wall — and a more useful one.

01Every framework runs here firstStuck-to-Scale, the foundation model and the working-session format were built on these ventures before they were sold to anyone.
02Stages published honestlyClosed alpha, in validation, in alpha, in build. Pre-traction is stated rather than dressed up.
03Our runway, our riskNo client subsidised these. When a call was wrong, it cost us.
04The method is visibleWorking logs show the decision and the tradeoff, not a polished retrospective.

We apply every framework to our own bets before we sell it. If a method does not hold up on our ventures, we do not put it on yours.

What you would get

Judged on artefacts, not anecdotes.

Ask for these in the first conversation. Any studio worth hiring can produce them.

01A written conclusionOne document, one position, with the reasoning attached and the misses left in.
02A cut listWhat to stop doing. Usually the fastest return in the engagement.
03A system, not a deliverableDesign system, evals, runbooks — the things that keep working after handover.
