Terms of Service

The plain-language rules for using graylemon.io. Effective 19 August 2026.

Scope

Acceptance, and what this site is

By using graylemon.io (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. These terms don’t cover any separate engagement or contract you sign with Graylemon for actual studio work — that’s governed by its own agreement.

The site is Graylemon’s marketing and editorial presence — service and portfolio information, published writing, and a way to start a conversation with the studio. It isn’t a product, doesn’t process payments, and doesn’t require an account to use.

Using the site

Acceptable use & intellectual property

The site’s design, writing, branding, and code are Graylemon’s property, or used under licence — see the design system’s own attributions for typefaces and imagery. You may read the site and share links to it; you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from its content without our written permission.

01Nothing unlawfulOr anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
02No disruptionNo attempts to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
03No false submissionsThrough the inquiry or subscription forms.
Read carefully

Not professional advice, and third-party links

Content on the site — including the Venture Audit, published predictions, teardowns, and journal writing — is general commentary based on our own experience and judgement. It is not investment, legal, financial, or professional advice, and shouldn’t be relied on as a substitute for engaging us, or another qualified advisor, directly on your specific situation.

The site links to third-party destinations we don’t control — Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack, and others. We’re not responsible for their content, availability, or practices; visiting them is at your own discretion, governed by their own terms.

Your side

What you submit to us

Anything you send through the inquiry form, the newsletter signup, or by email is yours, but you give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it — evaluating and responding to your inquiry, or sending you the newsletter. See the Privacy Policy for the fuller picture of how we handle it.

The legal basics

Warranties, liability & governing law

The site is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we may change or take down any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graylemon isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that can’t lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Staying current

Changes & contact

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms; material changes will update the effective date above.
