Methods

Our process, given away. Stuck-to-Scale, the foundation model and the working-session format — documented so a team can run them without us.

Why give it away

The method is not the moat.

Publishing the process costs us nothing we were charging for. What a client buys is the judgement applied to their situation, and that does not transfer in a document.

The intended outcome of every engagement is graduation — you internalise the method and run it yourselves. Publishing it is the same position, made free.

How to run them

A team can do this alone.

The common failure

Teams diagnose the stage they prefer.

The most frequent misdiagnosis is a team at Define behaving as though it is at Market — or a handful of friendly design partners being read as product-market fit.

It is not a knowledge problem. Running the read on yourself is hard because the answer has consequences for what everyone works on next.

Yes, inside your own company or portfolio. Attribution is appreciated, not enforced.

That is part of every engagement, and can be scoped on its own where a team wants the method rather than the build.

Then one of us is reading different evidence. That conversation is exactly what the free Venture Audit is for.

Graduation

The intended outcome is that you run it yourselves.
